  • Server Data: Information such as server IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs where the bot is functioned, and has permissions.
  • User Data: Usernames, Discord IDs, Profile Pictures, and servers that you are in.
  • Vehicle Records: We only store the vehicle registration details that you provide to us.
  • Session Records: Data is collected for logging, timestamps, embeds, and identifying the host. This is deleted upon request.
  • Bot Interactions: This is collected for error analysis, and deleted upon release.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Novex Systems Discord bot
  • To add improvements and develop new features
  • To protect our platform and enforce rules

We do not sell or trade your information. Data may only be shared under these conditions:

  • With your direct request. NOT an alternative account.

To protect your server data, we do not provide this information with any third-party services nor anyone outside of our company.

Data Retention

Our server data is cleared upon request and 7 days after removal of Novex Systems from your server.

  • Ask for deletion of your server & user data
